• Remember our energy, thoughts, and state of being creates our experience. Let us create harmony within ourselves and co-create beautiful connections with all those around us in the highest vibration of love.

Camp Rules

• Park vehicles facing the exit or as directed by parking staff.
• Always know where your car keys are, and keep them in an easily accessible place in case of emergencies.
• Review the map on arrival, and be familiar with exit locations and facilities.
• Please keep accountability of all of your party members.
• Before going on a non-guided hike, please sign the check out list.
• No hiking alone. Use the buddy system, always go in pairs of at least 2 persons.
• When returning, check off your name, this simply a measure to ensure everyone is safe and accounted for.
• Gates to the property shut at 4:30 pm. Exiting the premises is only allowed in case of an emergency. No re-entry, no exceptions. This is for the safety of all participants.

LEAVE NO TRACE BEHIND TECHNIQUE

• Leave it better than you found it, this is a sacred site and will continue to grow into a healing center for countless other souls, respect one another and our space, please.
• DO NOT pick up or take the natural sediment, including local quartz, rocks or stone deposits.
• DO NOT carve anything into trees or rocks, or any other kind of graffiti, really. 
• DO NOT dump waste. Please pick up after yourself and one another. 
• DO respect one another, and the beautiful, serene collection that mother nature has provided here for us.

There are many others who will come to this place after you, and we wish to preserve its beauty as much as possible so that everyone can enjoy what nature has to offer, unimpeded by the human imprint. 

LEAVE NO TRACE BEHIND TECHNIQUE

Although we love children, do to the nature of activities this event is not suited for children or teens.

Only legal adults age 18 and up will be allowed to attend. There will be no minors admitted.

In the future we plan to organize Summits which will accommodate teens and children.

Camp fires may or may not be allowed depending on local fire restrictions in place.

Portable propane grills are OK if used safely and clear of tents, leaves, grass, brush, or other burnable things.

The ONLY fires allowed on the ranch are the communal areas specifically designated for this purpose and are ONLY TO BE LIT BY RANCH STAFF.

This is to avoid accidents from happening. We are in a nature preserve with protected indigenous plant and animal species prone to wildfires. Dry grass, natural ground cover, and endangered plant life can be set ablaze VERY easily.

Yes, there will be a bath house and showers available at our camp location.

There is no power available. Please bring portable chargers for any electronics if you must have them.

Drinking water refill stations are available.

NO. This is an off grid camp.

NO. The ranch is a nature preserve and is not suited for pets.

Yes! We will have 2 free hydration stations located at 2 locations where you can refill with clean drinking water.

Please bring your own snacks and other camp food if you would like anything in addition to the meals provided. You are allowed to cook at your tents with a portable propane grill. No open flames or camp fires.

All meals provided are vegetarian.

PLEASE PACK EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR OWN BREAKFAST AT YOUR CAMP SITE EACH MORNING. Breakfasts will not be provided!

You may set up your camping area however you’d desire, with respect to your neighboring campers. You are responsible for bringing your own tents, tables, chairs, camp site, anything you may need. None of these things will be supplied, think of your packing list no different than if you were to go camping out in the woods or in a national forest. This location is completely off-grid, and dependent on natural, reusable resources.

Be respectful of your neighbors and all living beings. Respect the land. Don’t carve names into trees or rocks. Don’t pick up rocks. Don’t leave waste, pick up after yourself. There are many others who will come to this place after you, and we wish to preserve its beauty as much as possible so that everyone can enjoy what nature has to offer.

You may want to have more cash available for spending with vendors and healers, the average session cost is $20 to $100 USD.

You may have the option to schedule one on one sessions with a healer or purchase other goods and services available throughout the event. Electronic payments are not available during the event because there is no reliable internet service so please bring plenty of cash.

Pack for 6 nights, 7 days bringing everything you will need to live sustainably from your campsite. You are responsible for bringing all camping supplies that you need.

• Trash bags. You are responsible for removal of all trash from your campsite and placing it in trash receptacles.

The following are prohibited on event grounds.

• No weapons or firearms.
• No large knives. (Pocket knife, camping knife or tool OK)
• No laser pointers without administrator approval.
• No drones without organizer approval.
• No remote control aircraft, drones or R.C. cars of any kind.
• No animals or pets.
• No glass bottles. (Mason jars for storage OK)
• No illegal drugs.
• No fireworks or pyrotechnics.

Smoking is allowed in a designated smoking area if done safely and clear of tents, leaves, grass, brush, or other burnable things. We are in a nature preserve with protected indigenous plant and animal species prone to wildfires. Dry grass, natural ground cover, and endangered plant life can be set ablaze VERY easily.

If you smoke, please DO NOT leave behind cigarette butts or other litter.

We are a cannabis friendly community however we do not encourage smoking of any substance.

This is a primitive camping experience at 4,300 ft elevation in elevation in the Baja California Mexico mountains. Weather ranges from 40 to 90 degrees.. Expected temperature for late April is lows down to 40 degrees at night with highs up to 80 degrees during the day.

Directions will be sent with your ticket confirmation.

Arrive between 8am and 12pm Noon on Saturday November 5th. If, for an unforeseen reason you are going to be arriving later than 12pm, please reach out and let us know so we can coordinate your late check-in. Main event activities begin at 1:30pm

Please DO NOT arrive after 1pm.

We do not have an official transportation or carpooling option. Everyone will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the event, unless carpooling is arranged by 3rd parties or independently with organizers.

If you plan on flying to the event, here is some helpful information.

Please fly into the San Diego airport. You must be ready for pickup at the airport by 9am on Sunday April 16th or arrange your own transportation.

If you fly in the day prior (RECOMMENDED), you may choose to stay at a hotel or Airbnb nearby. Please coordinate with us your pickup location at your hotel or air bnb and be ready by 8am for pickup. You must stay in the area close to the airport as this is where our shuttle will be going to and from.

If flying, please let us know your arrival and departure times. While we are not officially offering transportation services at this time, if you would like to coordinate transportation to and from the airport please let us know asap and we will try to accommodate you.

We would recommend choosing flights with plenty of time between your flight times and your arrival and departure from the event.

When departing, please choose flights departing AFTER 4pm on the 9th so that there is plenty of time to get to the airport.

Consider booking flights for the day before, and day after. THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Overnight campers will park in a designated parking area as directed by event staff.

Spirit Connect's November 2022 Lunar Eclipse Portal Summit will be held at a private spiritual sanctuary and nature camping facility near Tecate Mexico

The camping location is a nature preserve, and as a result is not considered accessible. However, anyone with any disability would be accommodated to the best extent possible. Please reach out to us before purchasing a pass if you have a handicap or disability, we would be happy to arrange needed accommodations.

We will have a reserved parking area closer to the road and event activities for the elderly or those with disabilities to make accommodating your needs easier. If you need this, please let us know in advance before you arrive.

Ultimately, we want to create a safe space for growth, healing and connection amongst the awakened community, strangers and friends alike. This is a place of spiritual freedom, unimpeded by the negative cycle that we see each other go through in our daily lives. A way to physically get away and break those cycles, a place to heal, ground, connect, and just be yourself. Maybe even to find yourself.

Full refund & cancellation possible including deposits & addons. If your request to cancel your ticket for a refund is received at least 60+ days prior to the event start date we will refund your ticket in full including your deposit. Addon purchases are eligible for refund.

30 to 60 Days Before Event Start Date:

Some refund & cancellations are possible. If your request to cancel your ticket for a refund is received 30 to 60 days prior to the event start date we will refund your ticket, excluding the deposit amount (generally 50% of ticket price). Deposits are non-refundable. Addon purchases are still eligible for refund.

14 to 30 Days Before Event Start Date:

If your request to cancel your ticket for a refund is received between 14 and 30 days before the event start date we will refund 50% of your ticket costs. Deposits are non-refundable. Addon purchases are non-refundable.

Under 14 Days Before Event Start Date:

If your request to cancel your ticket for a refund is received under 14 days before the event start date we are unable to offer any refunds of any kind. Tickets are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable. Addon purchases are non-refundable.
